Mike and Shel are fantastic. I have used them several times with sentimental items and each time they have done an amazing job. I have already recommended them to friends and family who have now been into the shop with their own jewellery. They have great knowledge of what will and won't work with your ideas and they will not rush you to make a decision.

I took my wife's wedding ring into the store after other highstreet jewellers told me it was beyond economical repair and both tried to sell me a new one. Well this ring is sentimental, so we had to get it sorted, after a quick free consultation, the ring was sent away for resizing and repair. Also while there, we decided to send all our rings away for a spruce up and now we have them back like brand new and all for less than half the cost of a new ring. More than happy thanks.

We deliberated for many years about having our family gold heirlooms made into bracelets for our three daughters. We cannot recommend Michelle and the whole team enough. My husband spoke to Michelle about having my engagement ring custom made and she could not have been more helpful. We live on the Isle of man, so never saw Michelle in person but via email video a message she was outstanding… so much so, we used her to buy our wedding rings as well.
